Strategy.Made tangible.

We turn business opportunities into strategy, brand direction and tangible experiences — from identifying what’s worth building to shaping concepts and working prototypes.

We work in the 0 to 1 phase, before a company commits significant resources: we turn strategic judgement into business directions supported by evidence, numbers and a clear path to decision.

What we do

We design what might be worth building.

We work in Phase 0: the moment when a company needs to understand where the most promising opportunity lies, what form it could take and whether it deserves a subsequent investment.

01

New ventures

We identify and structure potential new businesses starting from underused assets, internal capabilities or market shifts.

02

Products and services

We define new directions for an offering by connecting unmet demand, brand legitimacy, experience and potential economic value.

03

Brand and positioning

We define positioning, value proposition and offer architecture for new brands, products or business lines.

04

New markets and channels

We assess new audiences, territories and commercial models, identifying the most credible directions to submit to validation.

05

Platforms and ecosystems

We design the strategic logic of systems that can connect customers, partners, services, content and revenue streams.

06

Transformation opportunities

We rethink existing products, services and systems when their current form no longer expresses the full value of the assets that support them.

— These are different forms an opportunity may take, not separate consulting services.

What Phase 0 is for

Better questions. Real directions. Clearer decisions.

  1. 01

    Clarify the question

Get to the real opportunity behind the idea.

  2. 02

    Surface viable directions

Explore credible options, not just possibilities.

  3. 03

    Compare alternatives

Assess value, risk and fit across scenarios.

  4. 04

    Make a decision-ready path tangible

Turn strategic insight into a clear next step.

Start with the opportunity, not the solution.

A four-week Strategic Discovery Sprint. Decision-ready deliverables. No retainer.

How we work

A clear opportunity in weeks. Not months.

Every engagement starts from a precise strategic question. In four weeks we identify the available possibilities, verify their logic, set the priorities and give the most promising direction a form that management can evaluate.

  1. 01

    Identify

We read the market, the company, its customers, assets, capabilities and constraints to surface relevant opportunities.

Output: Opportunity map and initial hypotheses.

  2. 02

    Assess

We examine strategic coherence, demand signals, competitive context, potential value, dependencies and key risks.

Output: Evidence, assumptions and preliminary viability.

  3. 03

    Prioritise

We compare the alternatives and establish which directions deserve to move forward, which should wait and which should be excluded.

Output: Priority scenarios and strategic recommendation.

  4. 04

    Design

We give the selected opportunity a coherent form through concept, business logic, offer, experience and validation path.

    Output: Executive Opportunity Blueprint.

4 weeks

A sprint to move from an open strategic question to an opportunity ready for management evaluation.

Four weeks are twenty working days, and they begin once perimeter, brief and requested materials have been approved and delivered. Perimeters spanning several markets, business units or regulatory questions are handled separately as Extended Diligence, by invitation and under their own scope.

The perimeter

A precise engagement.

  • 20 working days

A focused four-week Strategic Discovery Sprint.

  • Brief and materials approved before start

We work from a clear, agreed brief and the required materials.

  • Extended diligence handled separately

Additional research, data or expert interviews can be scoped if needed.

  • Not a long-term advisory retainer

The sprint is finite. There is no ongoing accompaniment afterwards unless separately scoped.

Week-by-week cadence

Four weeks. A clear path.

  1. Week 1

    Framing and discovery

Clarify the strategic question. Collect and review materials. Map the landscape.

  2. Week 2

    Assessment

Analyse evidence. Test hypotheses. Evaluate market, customers, competitors and internal fit.

  3. Week 3

    Prioritisation

Compare alternatives. Assess value, risks and dependencies. Define what to pursue, wait or exclude.

  4. Week 4

    Blueprint and decision framing

Develop the selected opportunity. Define concept, business logic, offer, experience and validation path. Prepare final recommendations.

Working tools

AI as working infrastructure. Judgement as the product.

We use AI as an amplifier, not an author. It expands research, comparison, prototyping and stress-testing so more time goes into judgement instead of production. The framing, criteria, priorities and conclusions remain our responsibility.

Strategic cycle
  • Research
  • Benchmark
  • Model
  • Prototype
  • Stress-test
  • Synthesize

What clients evaluate

Not the tools. The outcomes that matter.

  • Reasoned decisions

Clear, structured thinking behind the recommendations.

  • Defensible pathways

    Transparent criteria and traceable logic.

  • Faster comparison of alternatives

More scenarios, higher-quality insights, in less time.

  • Clearer assumptions

Knowns, unknowns and risks made explicit.

A simple workflow

From exploration to a decision you can stand behind.

  1. 01

    Research

    Expand the landscape.

  2. 02

    Compare

    Surface options and trade-offs.

  3. 03

    Stress-test

    Challenge assumptions.

  4. 04

    Prototype

    Make it tangible.

  5. 05

    Judge

    Apply experience. Make the call.

Technology accelerates the work. Judgement shapes the outcome.

Do you have an opportunity that deserves a serious evaluation?

Use this form to give us a concise picture of your opportunity. It helps us determine whether an engagement makes sense for both sides. If it is not the right moment for a Phase 0, we will say so openly and, where possible, suggest a more appropriate next step.

What happens next: we read the brief and reply within three working days with a substantive judgement — where we see the opportunity, where caution is warranted, whether a Phase 0 is justified at all. If it is, we propose the perimeter and calendar of the 4-week Strategic Discovery Sprint. The investment sits in the five-figure range and is defined against the agreed perimeter: no retainer, no ongoing engagement afterwards.
